General Situation The rather strong high pressure over the Northeast is forecast to cover the North and the Central affecting the Northeast a decrease in rainfall and cooler by 2-4 degree Celsius. Outbreaks of continuous rain and cooler cover the rest regions lasting 10 November. During 11-12 November, the northeast monsoon will intensify across the Gulf and the South of Thailand with isolated heavy rain and strong winds and waves 2-3 meters high.
All people should keep healthy due to the change of weather, and be cautious of inshore wave. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during 11-12 November.

Surat Thani northward: Southeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters and about 2 meters offshore.
Nakhon Si Thammarat southward: Easterly winds 20-35 km/hr.
