General Situation The rather strong high pressure over the Northeast extended to the Central and the North affecting the Northeast a cooler by 1-3 degree Celsius but the Central and the North have continuous rain and isolated heavy rain.
During 11-12 November, the northeast monsoon will intensify across the Gulf and the South of Thailand with isolated heavy rain and strong winds and waves 2-3 meters high.
All people should keep healthy due to the change of weather, and be cautious of inshore wave. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during 11-12 November.
