General Situation The high pressure over upper Thailand and the South China Sea will settle, and the easterly waves covers the lower Northeast, the lower Central and the East while the northeast monsoon still covers the Gulf and the South of Thailand.
Rising temperature and morning fog will be likely in the upper country while outbreaks of morning cool spells are still likely in the North and the upper Northeast. Outbreaks of thundershowers are expected for the lower Northeast, the lower Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East while the South gains continuous rain spells.
The rather strong high pressure over the southern part of China will extend to the upper Northeast of Thailand by 23 November and further covers the North, the Central and the East, respectively. The easterly wave moves past the lower Northeast, the East and the Central. A first outbreak of thundershowers spells with heavy will be likely and thereafter cooler weather by a decrease of 4-6 degree Celsius in the Northeast.
