During 26-29 Nov, another high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand. Cooler weather with temperature decreasing by 3-5 degree Celsius in the North, the Central and the East. The Northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South will strengthen. The wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the areas
