General Situation The rather strong high pressure covers upper Thailand while the moderate northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South of Thailand. Cooler spells are likely over the upper country with a decrease of 2-4 ?C, as well as gusty winds while they will affect the rest areas following. A reduction of rain spell, as well as 1-3 C drops, is forecast for Bangkok and its vicinity while there remain outbreaks of isolated persistent rain.
Tropical storm “TOKAGE” over the upper South China Sea is forecast, by 28 November, to decline respectively to a tropical depression, a low pressure cell. It does not affect Thailand’s weather.
