Temperature will increase but still cool weather in the upper Thailand. The South of Thailand is rainfall through out
During 1 – 4 Dec, the northeast monsoon over the Gulf and the South will strengthen while the low pressure cell over the south China Sea will move pass through the lower south of Thailand. More rain is likely in Chumphon southward with isolated heavy rains. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters height in the Gulf of Thailand
Warning People in upper Thailand should beware of the cool to cold weather. During 1 – 4 Dec, people in the lower south east coast should beware of inshore surge and isolated heavy rains. All ships in the lower Gulf should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
