General Situation The rather strong high pressure covers upper Thailand while the moderate northeast monsoon will intensify across the Gulf and the South of Thailand. Cooler spells are likely over the North and the Northeast with a decrease of 1-3 ?C while outbreaks of isolated thundershowers are still likely in the South east coast and the strong wind waves over expected about 2 meters high. All ship should proceed with caution. A decrease of 1-2 ?C is forecast for Bangkok and its vicinity.
