Weather Forecast During 1 – 2 Dec, the strong high pressure from China over upper Thailand causes cool to cold with a decrease of 2-3 degree Celsius. During 3 - 7 Dec, the strong high pressure will be weakening with rising temperature by 1-2 degree Celsius and fog in the morning while cool spells stay over the upper country.

The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South throughout the period. The low pressure cell over the south China Sea will move pass through the lower south of Thailand. More rain will be likely with isolated heavy to very heavy rain in the South east coast and the South west coast during 1 – 4 Dec. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Gulf of Thailand.

Warning People in upper Thailand should beware of the cool to cold weather throughout the period. People in the South east and the South west coast should beware of inshore surge with possible flash flood. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during 1 – 5 Dec.

Northern Part During 1 – 4 Dec, 2-3 C drops.

Upper part: Cool to cold. Minimum temperature 14-18 C. Maximum temperature 28-30 C.

Lower part: Cool. Minimum temperature 17-20 C. Maximum temperature 29-32 C.

Cold to very cold on the mountains and fog in the morning with isolated frost during 1-3 Dec,

During 5 - 7 Dec, rising temperature with fog in the morning.

Upper part: Cool to cold. Minimum temperature 15-21 C. Maximum temperature 30-31 C.
