Weather Forecast: During 2-5 Dec, the low pressure over southern Thailand and Malaysia is forecast to head to the Andaman Sea. The stronger northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South. An increase of rain spell will be likely with heavy much of the South while the wind waves in the Gulf of Thailand gets stronger.
During 3-6 Dec, the high pressure over Thailand will weaken, but cool spell stay with some patchy of fog in the morning.
During 7-8 Dec, another moderate high pressure from China will cover the upper country with cool to cold spell decreasing by 2-3 degree Celsius.
Warning
Warning People should beware of severe condition and possible flash flood. The stronger winds lead to waves 2-3 meters high in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore lasting 4 December. People along the Gulf should beware of inshore surge, during 2 – 5 Dec. People in upper Thailand should beware of the cool to cold weather throughout the period.
