The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South leading to continuous rainfall. Heavy rain might be likely from Surat Thani province downward, and the wind waves in the Gulf of Thailand stay moderate throughout the period.Warning
People in upper Thailand should keep healthy and transport including ship in the Gulf should proceed with caution due to poor visibility. People in lower part of the South should beware the threat of heavy rain.
