General Situation The moderate northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and Thailand. Meanwhile, the high pressure system stays over the upper country. Tropical Cyclone VARDAH over Bengal Bay is moving northwest slowly with no effect on Thailand.
Outbreaks of persistent cool to cold spells remain in the upper country while Bangkok and its vicinity get cool spells in the morning. Southern Thailand will have a reduction of rain spells with the weaker winds leading to waves 1-2 meters high in the Gulf and Andaman.
