During 14-15 Dec, another rather strong high pressure from China will extend to the upper country. Temperature decreases by 1-2 ?C is expected. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South will strengthen. The active low pressure cell over Borneo trends to move to the South of Vietnam. More rains with isolated heavy rains are likely in the South of Thailand.
