General Situation Another high pressure system is extend to Laos and the upper portion of northeastern Thailand. The northeast monsoon across the Gulf and Thailand will gain strength during 15-18 December. The active low over Cambodia tend to move west to the Gulf during 14-15 December.

Outbreaks of persistent cool to cold spells by decreasing of 2-4 C, as well as patchy of fog in the morning, remain in the upper country while Bangkok and its vicinity stays cool and mist in the morning. All transport should proceed with caution in areas of patchy fog. A reduction of rain spells will be likely in the South.

During 14-15 December, outbreaks of isolated thundershowers will be likely in the East, the lower Central, Bangkok and the upper South. During 15-18 December, more rain is expected with heavy some of the South while strong winds force high wave 2-3 meters.
