Weather Forecast During 16-19 Dec, another rather strong high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand. The northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South will strengthen. The active low pressure over the Gulf will move pass the lower South of the country to Andaman Sea on 17 Dec.
During 20-22 Dec, the high pressure system will weaken.
During 16-19 Dec, temperature will decrease by 4-6 C with windy days. Isolated thundershowers are likely in the lower Northeast, the East and the Central while more rain is forecast for the South where some heavy rain is expected. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters height in the Gulf of Thailand. During 20-22 Dec, temperature will increase by 1-3 C, but cool spells stay with morning mist. During 16-17 Dec, expected this low pressure cell in the future. More rains with isolated heavy rains are likely in the South of Thailand.
Warning People should keep healthy and transport should proceed with caution throughout forecast period. During 16-18 Dec, All ship in the Gulf should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
