General Situation The low pressure over Malaysia is moving west to cover the head side of Sumarttra by 22 December, and the moderate northeast monsoon prevails across Thailand and the Gulf. The high pressure system over upper Thailand becomes weak.

Temperature rises but cool spells stay with morning fog over upper Thailand. Patchy fog is likely in the morning with thick patches in some places of the North, the Northeast, and the Central. People should keep healthy and all transport proceeds with caution. The South has outbreaks of isolated heavy to very heavy rain much of provinces: Chumphon, Surath Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Yala, Pattani and Narathiwat. All people should beware of severe conditions. All ships should proceed with caution in areas of thundershowers during 21-22 December.
