General Situation The low pressure over lower South and Malaca Strait is moving west to cover the head side of Sumarttra by today, and the moderate northeast monsoon prevails across Thailand and the Gulf. The high pressure system over upper Thailand becomes weak.
Temperature rises by 1-2 C but cool spells stay with morning fog over upper Thailand. Patchy fog is likely with thick patches in some places of the North, the Northeast, and the Central. People should keep healthy and all transports proceed with caution. The South has outbreaks of isolated heavy rain much of provinces: Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung and Songkhla. All people should beware of severe conditions. All ships should proceed with caution in areas of thundershowers until 22 December.
