General Situation The moderate high pressure from China over upper Thailand is weakening cause this area with morning fog and dense fog in some areas. But still cool in the North and Northeast. The northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South of the country is weakening. This cause the lower South is rain decrease.

The strong high pressure from China was extends to China central and will extend to the upper Thailand during 27-30 Dec, 2016 while the northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South of the country will intensify. Outbreaks of cold spells, as well as windy days, are likely with a decrease by 4-6 ?C while more rain with some heavy will be expected in the lower South. The strong winds lead to high waves up to 2-3 meters in the Gulf. Do keep healthy due to the change of weather conditions, and all transports proceed with caution.

Typhoon “NOCK-TEN” over the Philippine expected it will move to the middle South China Sea during 26-27 Dec, 2016 then this storm will downgrade to tropical storm, tropical depression and low pressure cell in order and it will dissipate in 28 Dec, 2016. This storm is not affect to weather of Thailand.
