Cool to cold weather with 3 - 7 ?C drops are likely over upper Thailand with isolated thundershowers and isolated frost in the North. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South will strengthen. Isolated heavy rain is likely in the lower south. During 28 Dec 2016 – 1 Jan 2017, the strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters in the Gulf of Thailand.
Typhoon NOCK – TEN over the Philippines will move into the middle of South China Sea during 26 – 27 Dec. It is expected to dissipate with no effects on Thailand’s weather.
