General Situation Another strong high pressure cover the upper of Thailand, it is expected to cover until 31 December, and the stronger northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South.
Outbreaks of cold spells, as well as windy days, are likely with a decrease by 2-4 ?C. People should keep warm due to the change of weather conditions. More rain with some heavy will be expected in the lower South. The strong winds lead to high waves up to 2-3 meters in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during 28-31 December 2016.
Tropical depression “NOCK-TEN” is expected to settle as low pressure and decay, respectively, by 27 December. The storm does not affect Thailand’s weather.
