General Situation The low pressure over the upper Andaman Sea is moving to the Gulf of Martaban and Myanmar. Outbreaks of persistent heavy rains are forecast for the South. People should beware of the severe weather conditions and possible flash flood for a few days. Keep following closely the weather forecast update. Isolated to scattered rain is expected in the lower Central, the East and Bangkok and vicinity.

The strong northeast monsoon still prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South forcing waves up to 2-3 meters high in the upper Andaman Sea. People should beware of inshore surge. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore for a few day.

The southeast wind prevails over the upper Thailand. More rain is likely in the areas.
