General Situation The moderate high pressure cover upper Thailand with a cooler spell by a decrease in temperature 1-2 C and morning fog. Rain spell is forecast to ease for the South. During 16-18 January, the stronger northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf, and during 19-20 January the monsoon will gain more strength forcing much more rain over the South and waves up to 2-3 meters high.
