During 9-15 February, outbreaks of isolated thundershowers with strong wind are likely over the Northeast, the Central and the East, following with a decrease in temperature by 4-6 C. People should beware of the severe and changeable conditions.
The weak moderate northeast monsoon across the Gulf causes a reduction of rain spells over the South.
