Isolated thundershowers and gusty wind are likely over upper Thailand after that 2-4 ?C drops as well as cool to cold in the areas. The northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South will strengthen. More rain with isolated heavy rain is likely in the areas. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters in the lower Gulf of Thailand.
Warning During 23-27 Feb, people in the upper Thailand should keep healthy due to the change of weather conditions. Agriculture should keep product carefully due to the variable of weather. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during 25-28 Feb.
