General Situation The moderate high pressure still covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea with outbreaks of cool spells staying especially in the North and the Northeast, as well as a slight change in temperature. People should keep healthy.
The northeast monsoon across the Gulf intensifies with more rain in the South and from the lower Gulf from Surath Thani passing south. Moderate wind waves are expected 2-3 meters high. Inshore surges are still cautious. All ships proceed with caution, and small boat keeps ashore lasting for the period of 4 March.

Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Chumphon northward: Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters. Surat Thani southward: Easterly winds 20-40 km/hr. Wave height 2-3 meters.
Southern Part (West Coast) Scattered thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 21-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters offshore.
