Another moderate high press covers the upper Northeast of Thailand while hot spells cover the country. During 16-19 March, the westerly wave will move from Myanmar to the North and the upper Northeast of Thailand, affecting the upper country outbreaks of summer thunderstorms.

Nakhon Phanom, and Nakhon Ratchasima.
