General Situation The active low pressure over the upper Andaman Sea is expected move to Myanmar during 16-18 May cause more rain with heavy somewhere of the North, the Northeast and the Central. All people in upper Thailand should beware of heavy rain.
The southwesterly winds across the Andaman Sea are strength with isolated heavy rain in the South and the East. The strong wind waves 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea. All ships proceed with caution and small boats should keep a shore.
The high pressure from China covers upper Vietnam and Laos. It is expected move to the upper Northeast and the South China Sea by today (16 May) and isolated heavy rain in the areas.
