General Situation The weak low pressure cell covers the upper Northeast of Thailand and Laos PDR cause the North and the Central is decreasing rain which heavy rain some place in the Northeast and the East. The southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and the South is weakening. The wind waves are likely about 2 meters high in the Andaman Sea. All ships proceed with caution.

Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Pattalung and Songkhla.

mostly in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket and Krabi.
