Weather Forecast During 26-30 May, the active low-pressure cell covers the middle Bay of Bengal. It tends to move to the upper Bay of Bengal and Myanmar. The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and Thailand. Increasing rain and isolated heavy to very heavy rain is likely in the North, the Central, the East and the South. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the upper Andaman Sea. During 31 May - 1 June, the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and Thailand will weakening with wind waves about 2 meters high. Less rain is likely in Upper Thailand and isolated heavy rain in the upper North and the Northeast.
Warning During 26-30 May, all people in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South (west coast) regions should beware of heavy rain. Especially in the foothills and lowland there may be floods and floods that will occur in these areas. All ships in the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore.
