Weather Forecast During 7-9 June, a low-pressure cell covers the upper Bay of Bengal, and the strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and Thailand. Abundant rains are likely over the country with heavy much of the areas. The wind waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are likely 2-3 meters high. During 10-13 June, the low-pressure cell is expected to move to India and causes the weakening southwest monsoon across the Andaman Sea and Thailand with less rain over the country, as well as weak wind waves.
Warning During 7-9 June, people in the North, the upper Northeast, the Central, the East and the South should beware of flooding conditions. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution and small boats in the Andaman Sea should keep ashore.
Northern Part During 7 - 10 June, scattered to fairly widespread thundershowers,
and heavy rain in the upper portion.
During 11-13 June, isolated to scattered thundershowers mostly in the western portion.
