During 17-18 June, a low pressure cell over upper Vietnam while the southwest monsoon prevailing the Andaman Sea and Thailand affects more rain over the country. The wind waves in the Andaman will be forecast 1-2 meters high throughout the period.
Tropical storm “Merbok” over upper China is expected to move to Hongkong, China by 13 June.
