Weather Forecast: During 12-13 Jul, the low pressure covers upper Vietnam and Laos while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the upper Andaman sea and Thailand. Isolated heavy rains are expected over the North, the Northeast, the East and the Southwest coast. During 14-18 Jul, the active low in the middle South China Sea will move to the Gulf of Tonkin, Vietnam and Laos while the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and Thailand will strengths. These cause, more rain with isolated heavy to very heavy rains are expected over the North, the Northeast, the East, the Central and the South. The wind waves in the Andaman Sea is 2-3 meters high.
