Thailand Daily Weather Forecast

Distribution On July 17, 2017

General Situation The monsoon trough across the North and the upper Northeast, and the strong southwest monsoon over the Andaman lead to abundant rain with torrential downpour much of the country, especially in the Northeast, the East and the South. People should beware of the severe weather conditions that are the cause of possible flash floods. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the upper parts of Andaman Sea and Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.

At 04 p.m. LST, Tropical storm TALAS has made landfall over south of Hanoi, Vietnam. It is forecast to move through Thailand and decay over upper Laos.
