General Situation The active low pressure covers the upper Northern of Thailand and Myanmar. The strong southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea brings about abundant rain with torrential downpour much of the country. People should beware of severe weather conditions that cause possible flash floods. The strong winds waves of both seas are likely 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Andaman Sea keep ashore.
