General Situation The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman sea and Thailand. The upper Thailand is decreasing rain but the South is increasing rain. The strong winds waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
The tropical storm “Nesat” downgrade to tropical depression still overs Fujian, China. Tropical storm “Haitang” in the upper South China Sea attacked Taiwan. Travelers needed to check weather condition in these areas before depart. These storms have no effect to Thailand.
