General Situation The low pressure covers upper Vietnam with the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman sea and the South of Thailand. Less rain is likely over upper Thailand while scattered thundershowers are expected over the upper Northeast and the South. The moderate winds waves are likely about 2 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
The low pressure cell was downgraded from tropical depression “Haitang” over Jiangxi, China. Travelers needed to check weather condition in these areas before depart. These storms have no effect to Thailand.
