General Situation The rather strong Southwest Monsoon prevails over Thailand and The Andaman cause abundance rainfall over The South (west-coast). Scattered rainfall over upper part of The North and upper with east part of The Northeast. Wind wave of The Andaman is 2-3 metres. The South (west-coast) people beware of heavy rainfall and accumulated rainfall within 2-3 days.

Typhoon “NORU” over the Pacific Ocean is expected to move toward Japan during 4-7 August 2017. Travelers should stay tuned.

Northeastern Part Isolated thundershowers mostly in Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nakhon Phanom,

Phuket and Krabi.
