General Situation The low pressure covers the upper Laos while the stronger southwest monsoon across the Andaman Sea and the South cause the country has more rain and isolated heavy rain in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South. People in the risk areas should beware of accumulated rainfall and flash flood in these areas. Wind wave in the Andaman Sea is stronger wave height 2-3 meters. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the upper Andaman Sea keep ashore during 2-3 days. Bangkok and vicinity remain isolated heavy rain.
