Weather Forecast During 22-24 Aug, the weak southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the South. Less rain is likely over Thailand. During 25-28 Aug, the monsoon trough lies across the upper North and the Northeast. The southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea and the South will strengthen. More rain with isolated heavy rain are likely in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South (west coast). The wind waves in the Andaman Sea are expected about 2 meters
Tropical storm “HATO” over the northwestern Luzon of Philippines. It is forecast to move to the upper South China Sea today (22 Aug) and then to made landfall over Hongkong and Southern China during 23-24 Aug. It tends to downgraded to tropical depression and low pressure over upper Vietnam. All travelers should stay tuned for the weather update.
