General Situation The monsoon trough lies across upper Thailand, and the southwest monsoon across the Andaman Sea and Thailand becomes weak. The tropical depression over the upper South China Sea is strengthens to tropical storm “MAWAR” and will make landfall over Hong Kong and southern China during 3-4 September. Travelers should follow the weather update.
