General Situation Typhoon DOKSURI over The South China Sea is moving west-northwest at speed of 25 km/hr. It is forecast to move through to Tokin Bay and make landfall over Vinh, Vietnam today (15 September), and downgrade to tropical storm cover Laos and The upper Northeast of Thailand. The strong southwest monsoon across the Andaman Sea and Thailand. More rain with torrential downpour and isolated heavy rain are likely over country during 15-16 September. People should stay tuned for the weather update.
The strong wind waves 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore, during 15-18 September.
