General Situation The monsoon trough lies across the Central and the lower Northeast leading to abundant rains likely over the country. Isolated heavy downpours and gusty winds also affect the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South. The moderate southwest monsoon across the Andaman Sea cause heavy rainfall to stay in the South. People should beware of severe conditions due to possible flash flood and lowland drainage floods.
The moderate high pressure covers Laos and the upper Northeast of Thailand. Abundant rain will affect upper parts of the North and Northeast.

in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Uttaradit,
Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Phichit, Sukhothai, Kamphaeng Phet and Tak.
Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C.
Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Northeastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain with gusty winds
in Loei, Nong Khai, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima,
Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.

Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Central Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated torrential rain in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani,
Chai Nat, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Sing Buri, Ang Thong, Pra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi,
Suphan Buri, Nakhon Pathom and Ratchaburi.
