It is expected to move to upper Vietnam by today (10 Oct 17) and decline to active low-pressure system cover Laos, the upper Northeast, and the North of Thailand during 10-11 Oct 2017. Abundance rain is likely over Thailand with isolated heavy to very heavy rain in the North, the Northeast, the East and the Central. People should beware of severe conditions due to possible flash flood and lowland drainage floods.

Northern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain mostly in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Uttaradit, Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, Phichit, Phetchabun, Kamphaeng Phet and Tak.

Northeastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom , Mukdahan , Kalasin , Maha Sarakham , Roi Et , Yasothon,Khon , Amnat Charoen ,Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.

Central Part Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chai Nat,

Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.
