General Situation The rather strong high pressure over the Northeast and Vietnam is forecast to cover the North, the Central and the East today. There remain isolated thundershowers with gusty winds in the later areas. The Northeast and the North will receive 1-3 ?C drop later with possible light rain. Gusty winds are still possible for the North and the Northeast before a decrease in temperature by 2-4 degree Celsius.
The active monsoon trough lies across the South while the southwest monsoon prevails over the Gulf. More rain is expected in the South.
