General Situation The high pressure extends from China to cover upper Thailand is weakening while morning cool, slight drops in temperature, with strong winds. The monsoon trough lies across the lower South to the low-pressure cell in the lower South China Sea, and the northeast monsoon prevails across the South and the Gulf. Isolated heavy downpour is expected in the South.
Tropical storm SAOLA in the Pacific tend to move to Japan during 28-29 October. All travelers should stay tuned for the weather update.
