The monsoon trough lies across the lower South to the active low-pressure cell in the lower South China Sea. The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South affecting the lower South isolated heavy falls. The strong wind waves 2-3 meters high are likely in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution, with small boat keep ashore.
