Weather Forecast During 30-31 Oct, upper Thailand will cool to cold. Decreasing in temperature and 2-4 ?C drops with windy. During 1-3 Nov, upper Thailand. Increasing in temperature with 1-3 ?C. During 4-5 Nov, upper Thailand will cool down. The temperature will decrease 2-4 degrees Celsius with windy. The Southern Part is continuing rain. And heavy to very heavy rain. Wind wave in the Gulf and in the Andaman Sea 2-3 meters high.
The monsoon trough lies across the lower South to the active low-pressure cell in the lower South China Sea while the strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South affecting the lower South isolated heavy falls. The strong wind waves 2-3 meters high are likely in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution, with small boat keep ashore.
The active low-pressure cell over the lower South China Sea will move west slowly to the Gulf of Thailand, the South, and the Andaman Sea during 30 Oct – 3 Nov. More rain and isolated heavy to very heavy rain is expected in the South (east coast).

People in the South (east coast) should beware of possible flash floods, drainage floods throughout the period. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Gulf keep ashore during 30 Oct – 3 Nov.
