General Situation The rather strong high-pressure system from China has covered upper Thailand leading to cool to cold spell dropping by 1-2 C with strong winds.
The monsoon trough lies across the lower South to the tropical depression in the lower South China Sea. The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South affecting the lower South isolated heavy falls. The strong wind waves 2-3 meters high are likely in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution, with small boat keep ashore.
