Weather Forecast: During 1-3 Nov, the strong high-pressure system over upper Thailand weakens with a rise in temperature by 1-3 C and morning fog forecast. During 4-6 Nov, another high pressure from China will extend to the area that will get cold spell dropping by 2-4 C and strong winds. Light rain will be possible in somewhere. Meanwhile, continuous rain will be likely in the lower South. Torrential downpours occur in some parts with rough sea 2-3 meter in the Gulf.
The monsoon trough lies across the lower South to the tropical depression over the lower South China Sea, and the strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South. Isolated heavy falls affect the lower South with high seas 2-3 meters in the Gulf.
During 31 Oct to 3 Nov, the depression tends to track west slowly toward the Gulf and the Andaman Sea, respectively. Outbreaks of rain spell are larger with isolated downpours in the South-east coast.

Warning: People in the upper Thailand keep healthy due to the cold weather. People in the South (east coast) should beware of possible flash floods. During 31 Oct -6 Nov, all ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore.

During 4-6 Nov, cool to cold, dropping 2-4 C with windy and isolated light rain.
