General Situation The rather strong high-pressure system over upper Thailand is weakening. There remain cool to cold spells dropping slightly and isolated rain in the lower Northeast and the East.
The tropical depression in the lower South China Sea tends to head to the Gulf during 1-3 November. The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand, affecting the lower South continuous rain and the wind waves 2-3 meters high in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution, with small boats keep ashore.
