Weather Forecast During 1-3 Nov, the moderate high-pressure system covers upper Thailand with a rise in temperature by 1-3 C, cool and morning fog. During 4-7 Nov, another high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand cause cold spell dropping by 2-4 C and strong winds. Light rain will be possible in somewhere.
During 1- 3 Nov, the tropical depression covers the lower South China Sea. It is expected to move to the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea while the strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South. Outbreaks of rain spell are larger with isolated downpours in the South. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea.

People in the upper Thailand keep healthy due to the cold weather. During 1-7 Nov, people in the South should beware of possible flash floods. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore.
